02Guide
We suggest what will look balanced
If any colour, buta, phul or border may not fit well, we will suggest a better combination before finalizing.

03Design
Design and yarn are finalized
We confirm yarn, base colour, border, buta, phul, size and finishing details with you.

04Special case
New buta or phul may need jacquard card
For a completely new motif set, we may need to make a special jacquard card. This can add extra charges.

05Date
We share an approximate delivery date
Once design and yarn are finalized, we give an estimated delivery date based on current work availability.

06Confirm
30% advance confirms the order
To begin custom work, you need to pay 30% upfront. The remaining amount is paid after the final product video.

07Locked
No changes after final approval
Once the design is finalized or the weaver starts work, further changes are not allowed.

08Update
When ready, we share a video
After weaving is completed, we send a clear video so you can see the finished work properly.
কাপোৰখন সাজু হলে আপোনাক স্পষ্ট ভিডিঅ’ পঠিওৱা হ’ব।
09Optional
Ready-to-wear finishing, if requested
If you requested ready-to-wear finishing, we complete it before the final confirmation video.
ৰেডি-টু-ৱেৰ লাগে বুলি কৈ থাকিলে শেষ ভিডিঅ’ৰ আগতে সেই কাম কৰা হ’ব।
10Finish
Final video, remaining payment and shipping
We send the final confirmation video. After the remaining payment is completed, we safely ship the order to you.

Payment
30% advance first, remaining payment before shipping.
